If you would like to make an exchange or receive a refund for purchased products, the following rules apply. The customer has the right to cancel the purchase contract without giving reasons within 14 days after receiving ordered product.

Wrong or damaged item

Regarding possible reclamations, Luluna Slings follows the Federacja Konsumentów (visit http://www.federacja-konsumentow.org.pl/ to learn more). Always contact us to lulunaslings@gmail.com before sending the item back. The item must be returned within a 14 days after reciving ordered product  and with an explanation of the damage or defect. Don’t forget to save your receipt and to include it when shipping the order back to us so we can pay you back for the shipping cost.

Before return please send us email and we will give you the delivery address. 

Pleae send us tracking number to follow the parcel.
